Zhongguancun is the area of Beijing that has electronics, here are some of the coveted items that you can buy in this area. It is on the west side of Beijing (relatively) close to Wudaokou and Zhichun Lu.

1. MP3 players, including many iPod clones.
2. Digital Cameras
3. Printers
4. Many, many cellphones, including what appear to be iPhone clones (without wifi)
5. Voltage adapters
6. Fake passports

As with other shopping in China, you may want to bring print outs with exact models of things you want, and calculate ahead of time what they cost outside of China to avoid rip off.

1. (H) Hailong Market (海龙大夏）- a large electronics market in Zhongguancun area, special for computers and entertainment equipments.
2. (C) International Comic City (国际动漫城) - a comic goods market, special for cartoon related products, all kinds of gamer equipments and many popular x-Box/PS3/PSP/Wii game softwares (including both officials and pirates).
3. (E) e-World Market (电子e世界) - a large electronics market in the Zhongguancun Area, special for computers and entertainment equipments.
4. (Z) Zhongfa Market (中发电子市场) - a large electronics market on zhichun road, special for IC and small electronic components.
5. (D) DingHao Electronics City (鼎好电子商城) - a multi-floor electronics market just west of HaiLong Market.
